Please note that as of January 2026, Brianna is no longer accepting new patients for medical care. Spaces are still open for health consultations, which can be scheduled below.  ​​

Overview

Health consultations DO NOT include diagnosis and treatment and are not covered or reimbursable by insurance.

There is no intake form or other registration necessary, although many clients do chose to send a brief overview of their concerns for me to review at the time of the visit. I do not review documentation before or after the visit.  

For image (MRI, X-ray, CT, etc.) review/ second opinion, PLEASE do not send discs in the mail (I have seen too many get lost or damaged in the mail over the years). Options for image sharing are:

  • Upload your images to mymedicalimages.com and share them to my email address

  • Upload your images to Nuance PowerShare 

  • If your images are in portals like Ambra, Radnet, Rayus, I can typically log into those systems directly and view your images

Note that images accessible via MyChart or other hospital systems usually do not include measurement tools, even if you can see the images. For this reason, I do not recommend sharing images this way.

There is no patient-practitioner relationship established in this type of consultation as it is for educational purposes only.

Appointments are done via Zoom. I offer to record the sessions for your records as I do not offer written consults or reports for this type of visit. 

Peer-to-Peer Health Consultation with your Healthcare Provider

Brianna is now offering direct consultations with your healthcare provider to review imaging, discuss your case, and offer insights into what strategies your healthcare provider can implement to help you on your health journey.

Please notify your healthcare provider that you plan to utilize this service and confirm with them that they are willing to dedicate the time (1 or 2 hours, depending on which option you purchase) to connect.


Brianna will reach out up to 3 times, and will notify you if she unable to successfully connect with your healthcare provider and refund your payment.


Note that you must provide accurate contact information below (ideally not a generic hospital or large office phone number).


It is your responsibility to upload your imaging and share it with Brianna via Ambra, PowerShare, or mymedicalimages. com, which are all HIPAA-compliant imaging platforms.


Please do not email Brianna your protected health information - this stays with your healthcare provider. Brianna and your healthcare provider will discuss any pertinent case details.
